Deep Hearts — Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Deep Hearts ❤️❤️ 双心夜话 app (the “App”), published by Royal Consultant LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms.

If you downloaded the App from Apple’s App Store, your use is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls with respect to Apple. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. For subscriptions:

• The subscription name, length, and price are shown in the App before you purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s account settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

3. Not professional advice

The App provides conversation prompts for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not counseling, therapy, or medical, psychological, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for a licensed professional. If you or someone you know is in crisis or in danger, contact local emergency services (911 in the United States) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the U.S.).

4. Your content and conduct

Content you enter stays on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for how you use the App and for respecting your partner’s privacy and consent. Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. License and ownership

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the applicable app store rules. The App, its prompts, design, and trademarks belong to Royal Consultant LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Consultant LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
