How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Deep Hearts → Cancel. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy, open Deep Hearts, and tap “Restore Purchases” in Settings.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: play.google.com → Order history.

Where is my data? Can you recover it?

Your answers are stored only on your device; we never receive them, so we cannot view or recover them. Device backups (iCloud/Google) may include them depending on your settings.

How do I delete my data?

Delete entries in the app, or uninstall the app to remove all app data from your device.
